Welcome to Yamama!  We are a four-woman World Music and Dance ensemble based in Bozeman, Montana.  Deeply moved by the complex and rich experiences of World rhythms and melodies, we share our delight with local communities through performances, drum and dance classes, community education programs, and participatory community drum circles.  We drum, we sing, we dance, and we guarantee that you won't be able to hold your booty still once you hear our infectious, joyful sounds!  Our name references Yamama, an African Goddess of fertility, creativity, and women's power.
